PROVOCATEUR will open at 323 23rd Street in South Beach two blocks off Collins from the Gansevoort and W hotels.
Confirmed hosts for Grand Opening AND New Years Eve include Saturday Night Lives’ Kenan Thompson, America’s Next Top Model winner Jaslene Gonzalez, live performance by Singer songwriter Michael Tolcher, cast members of That 70’s Show, along with Back Street Boys Nick Carter and Howie Dorough (amongst many other surprise guests that we can’t mention!!).
PROVOCATEUR
The ambience is sultry dark and seductive, appealing to one’s imagination that anything is possible and nothing is off limits. Owned by The Upper Group (founded by nightlife veteran DJ Louis), their vision is one of “South Beach meets Moulin Rouge.
Guest will enter via a two thousand square feet open-air outdoor space complete with banquets and tables set amidst flowing white curtains, palm trees and candles.
Red velvet curtains open to reveal PROVOCATEUR’S seven thousand square feet interior space that is one of opulence and grandeur. The colors are rich and deep with gold, silks and velvets being a main design theme. With a stage and grand piano in the main room , Provocateur is set to make an impact with live performances, and burlesque shows on many of their nights.
Different themes will permeate each night i.e.; Monday Hip hop, Tuesday’s Home Cooking party, Wednesday and Thursday are mixed format music plus live acts, etc, Friday will be “Fashion Friday’s” (with runway shows) and then Saturday’s club night. There will always be an evening custom made for your tastes.
